Both up in weight and feeding ounces
Today was another big day for Cooper. After meeting several criteria (I think involving gaining weight and increased feedings, etc), he was taken off of the heat in his isolette and put on room air. This means he can regulate his own body temperature now, and can wear clothes!! We just have one preemie outfit we were given in the hospital so we put him the shirt and hat today. He looked sooo cute! He's also completely gone off his IV fluids, another good sign. The only assistance he has now is his feeding tube in his nose, and I would guess that we will try nursing with him next week and try to get rid of that tube.
